Love yourself girl, or nobody will

Self love’s impact goes beyond the well-being of just oneself.

How you see yourself determines your strut in how you navigate this world. 

How you see yourself determines how you believe others see you, if at all.

How high do you hold your head? Do you even give the sun a chance to shine down on that beautiful face of yours? 

How you love yourself teaches them how to love you.

The ones who want to get it right? You won’t let them. Because, not even you can see what they can. 

So your  worth, you’ll never see.

You have to start small. Find pieces of yourself that you love and fall head over heels with them. What you focus on e x p a n d s. 

Soon enough, feeling  loved won’t feel so foreign.
